A £100 deposit may be required to confirm booking.
Final numbers may be given up to midday on the day of the booking.

A no show cover charge of £14 per person may be applied to any
differences to the number booked after this point.

At weekends the Cherwell Boathouse may reserve the right to
charge for a minimum of 40 people on group bookings so to be
able to separate off half the restaurant.
