Group bookings of between 14-20 people can have a mini menu of up to 4 choicesÝfrom our regular menu. This needs to be decided at least 48 hours
before, or the Cherwell Boathouse can create one on the groups behalf.

Groups of 20-40 are able to either choose one party menu or if they are able to preorder they may choose two.

Parties of over 40 need to pick one party menu.

If there is a specific wine you may choose please inform us so we can
try and ensure sufficient supply.

All party menus are for big groups, weddings & parties.
They are example menus & requests can be accomodated.
All party menus must be pre-booked.

A discretionary service charge of 10% is added to parties of 6 or more
